In a surprising move, Ajit Agarkar has been left out of the Test squad for the West Indies. Agarkar is currently playing in the one day series against West Indies and has been the stand out bowler for India in the first four matches.

Paceman VRV Singh and opener Wasim Jaffer have been included in the squad for the four-Test series.
